Each monthly visit gives your home an extra set of eyes from a trusted SafeHomes Solutions team member. We look for small wear-and-tear issues, basic safety concerns, and routine maintenance needs before they become bigger problems.

This plan is ideal for seniors aging in place, adult children helping care for a parent’s home, or any homeowner who wants regular support without having to climb ladders, crawl under sinks, or keep track of every small task on their own.

What’s included in a monthly visit

Each visit may include routine maintenance and safety checks such as:

Testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Replacing HVAC air filters
Checking grab bars and handrails for looseness
Replacing dim or dead light bulbs
Checking under sinks for visible leaks
Walking exterior paths for obvious trip hazards

SafeHomes also looks for common issues around entrances, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, living areas, hallways, and other high-use areas of the home.

You get honest recommendations
If we find something outside the scope of the Signature Plan, we’ll explain what we found and let you know whether it requires a custom quote. No pressure, no surprises — just transparent home care.
